WHAT IS MY SIZE?

Please refer to our size guide (found in product details of swimsuit).

Sizing may slightly vary depending on cut and style but our sizing is standard.

In the instance that you find yourself between sizes, please do not hesitate to drop us an email and we will assist you from there.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit/Debit card
• PayPal (PayPal check-out)
• BDO/BPI deposit/online transfer (details will be sent to your email should you decide to use this method)

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed on weekdays. You may shop on weekends but your order will start being processed on a Monday.

Your package will be sent out the next business day after you have completed the payment.

Orders for Metro Manila should arrive at your doorstep between 1-3 days after your order has been sent out.

Provincial orders may take longer but should reach you between 2-5 days.

You will be notified via e-mail with a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

Please note that processing & delivery may take longer than usual during the pandemic.

We are not liable for any loss or damage once the package is with the courier. We assure you that the quality of the item/s sent to you has been thoroughly checked by our team.

We currently refrain from using same day pick-up & delivery services.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FEE?

Free nationwide shipping.

 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to COVID-19, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges. The health of our workers and other customers are of utmost importance. Rest assured that your order has been sanitized before shipment. For further safety measures, we advice that you disinfect your parcel immediately before taking it into your home.
